This could be the role for you.ResponsibilitiesOversee & Manage front desk daily operations of the center.Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and signup new customers.Answering inquires from potential customers.Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center and open, prep, and close facility.Engage with children and families in the center.Perform administrative tasks related to employees and prospective customers alike.Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.Problem solver and ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics.Maintain positive team culture for senseis, students, and parents alikeReport weekly to the executive team on progress and conduct administrative responsibilitiesQualificationsKnowledge & Experience in business operations, sales, and administrative operations.Proven work history with children ages 5 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.Flexible schedule and Positive, professional attitude and ability to adaptMust be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Deadline and detail-oriented.
