Responsibilities
• Cell culture utilizing aseptic technique• Purification processing: Clarification, TFF and chromatography• Aseptic filling: manual and semi-automated• Solution and media preparations• Proficiently carry out procedures for error-free execution of daily job assignments• Complete batch records, forms, and documentation• Comply with quality standards and safety guidelines• Perform materials stocking, kit preparation, reagent preparation, cleaning activities, and equipment maintenance• Identify and report errors promptly• Adhere to GMP, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices
Requirements
• Minimum A.S. degree in biology, chemistry, or related technical field• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical based GMP manufacturing operations• Experience in cell culture and associated downstream processing• Technical knowledge of aseptic processing preferred
