Responsibilities
• Be a friendly face that greets everyone and offers assistance.• Keep shelves stocked, displays appealing, and store clean.• Efficiently manage the cash register and handle transactions.• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.• Maintain a clean and inviting store, both inside and outside.• Actively participate in keeping the outdoor space clean and welcoming.
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older in certain states or 21 years in other states.• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.• Basic math skills required.• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
