We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Campus Coordinator for our newly formed satellite campus. The Campus Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of weekly services and activities, as well as the setup and teardown of the campus.
Responsibilities:
1. Campus Setup and Teardown: Coordinate and oversee the setup and teardown of the portable campus each week, ensuring all equipment and resources are properly assembled and stored.
2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage volunteer teams responsible for various aspects of the campus, including setup, welcome team, Calvary Kids, and technical support.
3. Service Logistics: Collaborate with church leadership and worship teams to plan and execute weekly services, including scheduling volunteers, coordinating with guest speakers or musicians, and ensuring a seamless flow of activities.
4. Facility Management: Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, oversee maintenance and repairs.
5. Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming and inviting atmosphere at the campus, engage with attendees, and provide support and assistance as needed.
6. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to the campus, including scheduling, budget management, and communication with volunteers and church staff.
