Job Description:
Franklin Resources, a global investment management company, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at our San Francisco, California location. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who possess strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding inquiries, transactions, and account information- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues efficiently and effectively- Educate clients on various investment products and services offered by the company- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
