PAY: $16.00/hour
DAYS: Monday-Friday
· Onsite
· Train 30-60 days M-F 9:00a-5:30p then move to your permanent shift
· Call center is 24/7 so shift after training will depend upon business needs.
Customer will work with your availability.
:
*Answer inbound calls and assisting callers with any questions regarding their wireless cell phone.
*Troubleshoot devices and coordinate with service providers and technicians
*Work with Account Managers to resolve client issues
*Take orders, provide order status, and tracking services
*Good written and verbal skills
*Previous call center experience preferred
