Call Center

Call Center Location Roosevelt, UT : Clinic Call Center Front Information Desk Responsible for scheduling patient appointments for all clinics of the facility. Responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from external and internal customers. Professionally greets customers; responds to inquiries of a specific or general nature; determines appropriate response or direction for the caller. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Call Center hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM with a 30 minute lunch.
Ensures that appearance and personal conduct are professional at all times. Excellent attendance record. Wears appropriate clothing for job functions. Wears ID badge. Works at maintaining a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with physicians, Administration and staff. Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices. Minimum Requirements High School graduate or equivalent. One or more years of previous similar hospital experience.
