Responsibilities
• Handle large sums of money including validating tickets for guests, distributing cash to team members for jackpots and hand-pays, processing and verifying travelers' checks, approving and cashing checks, and cash advance services• Maintain an accurate count of banks• Perform regular cash buys to Cage Supervisor• Issue and redeem chips; process chip fills and credits• Follow all departmental and state policies and procedures
Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age• Six months' cash handling experience preferred; experience handling large amounts of money• Excellent math skills including addition and subtraction• Basic computer skills• Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds• Exposure to secondhand smoke
