As the Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, selling software and services for YMCAs, JCCs, and Boys and Girls Clubs. This role is all about uncovering new opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining a thriving sales pipeline.
Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Exceptional sales and organizational skills Attention to detail and time management Analytical and problem-solving abilities Prioritization and delegation skills Adaptability to high-paced environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software No prior experience required Preferred: Bachelor's degree, experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), fitness-related credentials and experience What you'll do: Develop a repeatable process to nurture new business opportunities Proactively identify and pursue fresh prospects in the market Collaborate with our marketing team to deliver industry-leading materials Maintain and update the CRM database Master our nonprofit products to convey their value Understand and articulate the value of our products Identify prospect and customer needs and challenges Manage and qualify inbound leads This is your opportunity to kickstart a career in tech sales that merges innovation with purpose.
