- Business Analyst

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity in Saint Paul, MN.
This position is 100% onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Understand & analyze the current market situation
o Lead projects across multiple functions
o Partner with appropriate stakeholders from various functions to execute within the time frames
o Analyze, review and create executive level reporting on portfolios, programs, and work-streams
o Constant communication with stakeholders
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Currently completing first year MBA degree
o Strong analytical skills
o Interest in Business Intelligence or Sales Operations post-graduation
o Background in business
o 4+ years business experience - knowledge of medical products and markets a plus
o Structured, process and result oriented way of working
o Thinks strategically and critically in building long-term plans
o Project management experience a plus
o Problem solving skills
o Understands broader strategic context of initiatives and project work beyond own assignment
o Strong planning and organization skills
o Effective written and verbal communication skills
o Effectively builds and manages relationships, partners and networks within the organization
o Is effective at executing independent and interdependent tasks and activities
