Assist project managers in coordinating and executing projectsCommunicate project information and customer feedback to internal stakeholdersFollow internal procedures for order entry, administration, invoicing, and collections

Responsibilities
• Order entry into SAP• Set up of hours, parts, materials, subcontract labor, etc. in SAP• Creation and responsibility of purchase requisitions• Notification of order booking to customer and other employees• Review and manage open orders• Timely invoicing of orders• Calculation and submittal of change order requests• Follow up with customers on payment and AR disputes• Resolve order entry and invoicing issues• Ensure adherence to SOX controls
Requirements
• High school diploma and 2+ years of business administration experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel• Knowledge of SAP, ABB Internal Database and Software, and ABB Group Policies• Ability to provide ad hoc support to project and operations management• Valid work authorization for working in the US
