My client is looking to hire a Building Maintenance Supervisor!
I'm partnered with a well-established and reputable Real Estate Investment firm looking to add to add a Building Maintenance Supervisor to their growing team. This is a successful and growing company specializing in the development and acquisition of a growing portfolio of residential multi-family apartments buildings throughout the area.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
* The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing general building maintenance and repairs related to drywall, masonry, windows, tile, carpeting, roofing, and related tasks.
* Troubleshoot and repair various types of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, chillers, and emergency generators.
* Perform general building maintenance and housekeeping duties including snow removal, grounds maintenance, furniture repair, storm damage, and inventory management.
* Oversee apartment unit turns.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot emergency work orders in a timely manner.
* Perform routine inspections of property.
* Monitor and ensure contract compliance of 3rd party contractors involved with construction and maintenance projects.
* Maintain records, including inspection and maintenance reports as required.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of demonstrated experience with residential apartment building maintenance.
* Experience overseeing apartment inspections and turnarounds.
* Experience with troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
* General knowledge of electrical equipment including electrical panels, breakers, lighting ballasts, and fire panels.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
* HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certification is a plus, but not required!
