Builder Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with occasional overtime during weekends and after hours in peak periods
Training: On-site for the first four weeks followed by the option to work remotely
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service while handling inquiries about products and order statuses from professional builders.
Effectively manage high volumes of data entry and processing tasks with precision.
Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment to meet and exceed service goals.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; additional coursework or degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in data entry or processing within a fast-paced office setting.
3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other Windows-based programs.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team setting.
