Responsibilities
• Conduct daily review of reports generated through the bank's BSA/AML monitoring software• Review and analyze Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) monitoring alerts• Investigate and report positive 314(a) matches to FinCEN• Identify high-risk customers and gather CIP information• Utilize account risk rating process and monitoring platform• Conduct periodic reviews for high-risk customers• Review and prepare Currency Transaction Reports• Perform periodic reviews of exempt customers• Investigate and prepare cases for review by SAR Committee• Serve as liaison between BSA Department, bank branches, and internal bank departments• Assist and provide support to BSA Department as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant experience considered• Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, policies, procedures, and functions• Knowledge of core system integrated and automated BSA monitoring platforms• Experience in banking front-line or back-office operations preferred• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Effective organizational and recordkeeping skills• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret banking periodicals, policies, and regulations• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions• Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to perform job functions under general supervision• Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changing priorities• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization• Good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
