Responsibilities
• Demonstrate and sell Benefit products• Perform eyebrow and facial waxing and brow tinting• Maintain State Board compliant areas• Provide excellent customer service• Book return services and events• Convert service customers into product sales• Follow safety and sanitation procedures• Promote teamwork with salon professionals• Provide assistance in store operational processes• Attend mandatory training and team meetings
Requirements
• 18+ years old with an active Cosmetology or Esthetics license• Ability to build strong guest relationships• Ability to work independently or as part of a team• Proficiency with technical equipment• Experience in makeup application, waxing, and tinting preferred
