• Obtaining initial loss reports from agents, insureds, and third parties• Handling general inquiries and customer complaints during claims process• Completing customer inquiries on new losses and status inquiries• Performing warm transfers and sending text updates• Responding to telephone inquiries regarding claim status• Documenting all customer communication accurately• Reviewing coverages and assigning claims to appropriate representatives
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience• Bachelors degree preferred• Must reside in OH, PA, IN, or WI
