Responsibilities
• Coaching, training, and retaining talent• Championing credit and loyalty programs• Executing store merchandising direction and standards• Utilizing business reports to guide decisions• Understanding and usage of company standard software• Inspiring and motivating a team through company recognition programs• Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates• Performing other assigned duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred• Effective interpersonal and communication skills• Strong problem-solving skills• Utilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software• Ability to work varying hours, including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds• Must have full body rotation and mobility• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
