Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service• Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs• Execute store merchandising direction and standards• Ensure consistency of brand experience through product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations• Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures• Collaborate in teamwork to achieve goals• Perform assigned duties• Provide customer service experience• Communicate effectively• Work independently and as part of a team• Maintain a helpful attitude towards guests and team members• Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes• Use Zebra PDA and POS Systems• Work varying hours and schedules including weekends and holidays
Requirements
