The Team
AQR is looking for an exceptionally talented business school student to join the US Institutional team within the Business Development group. The successful candidate will work alongside senior members of the team to build upon AQR's presence, with a focus on developing new and maintaining existing relationships with institutional clients in the United States.
Your Role
Focus on a broad range of activities including identifying and developing new business and strengthening relationships with existing clients both independently and in support of senior relationship managersHighly visible position involving frequent interaction with the world's most sophisticated investors, as well as senior investment management professionalsDevelop a comprehensive knowledge of all AQR products, the functions and responsibilities of key employees, as well as a detailed understanding of the competitive landscapeSignificant involvement in business strategy including new product development, new business lines and new geographiesLiaise with other members of Business Development to leverage the firm's intellectual capital and customize marketing materials for prospects and existing clientsActive participation with investment teamsMeaningful travel expectedWhat You'll Bring
