Responsibilities
• Develop a comprehensive content strategy that supports B2B marketing and sales objectives.• Create engaging and informative content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and sales collateral, demonstrating exceptional copywriting skills.• Create and manage targeted content for different stages of the sales funnel.• Lead and optimize cold email outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads.• Collaborate with sales teams to align content and strategies with sales goals.• Ensure content is aligned with brand standards, quality, and tone, optimized for both search engines and user experience.• Analyze industry trends to create content that meets customer needs and positions RDI as a thought leader.• Measure and report on the effectiveness of content and funnel management strategies.
Requirements
• 3+ years experience (call center / BPO experience is a plus)• Proven experience in B2B content creation and sales funnel management, with a strong focus on copywriting.• Experience with marketing automation tools and email campaign management.• Knowledge of the B2B sales process and experience executing lead nurturing strategies.• Ability to collaborate effectively with both marketing and sales teams.• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
