Job summary
Crafco, Inc. is hiring a Batch Plant Mix Operator in Chandler, AZ.Full-time position, first shift, Monday-Friday.Responsible for operating equipment to produce Crafco sealer and other products.

Responsibilities
• Mix various raw materials per batch forms, following instructions from sealant engineering.• Ensure accuracy of weights and measurements.• Manage time for efficient mixing and operation of equipment.• Complete production batch forms and other paperwork accurately.• Train other employees in sealer manufacturing.• Cooperate professionally with other departments, employees, customers, and visitors.• Safely operate forklift (forklift certification required).
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.• Willingness to work overtime and various shifts.• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.• Safety-focused with attention to detail.• Physical ability to lift and move moderate to heavy weight items.• Ability to work from elevated heights/platforms.
