Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient stock management. Pick and pull inventory specific to each event's needs, prepare and load items into the delivery vehicle. Deliver and set up inventory at event venues and manage the reloading and return of items post-event. Receive, stock, and restock inventory purchases and returns, maintaining organized storage areas. Equipment Maintenance :
Wash, sanitize, and restock catering equipment to maintain high hygiene and operational standards. Keep all bar and event equipment organized and in good working condition. Vehicle and Delivery Operations :
Manage the maintenance of delivery vehicles, including fueling and cleaning; report any issues to management. Responsible for picking up inventory purchases from local distributors and wholesalers. Event Setup and Support :
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar and event areas, ensuring a smooth start and end to each event. Support the Bartender Supervisor by providing necessary items during events and addressing any emergent needs. Customer Interaction and Team Collaboration :
Provide excellent customer service, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Offer feedback and collaborate on operational improvements with the Bartender Supervisor and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in event management or related fields is advantageous. Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or event support, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to navigate various event settings and stand for prolonged periods during events.
