Operations Process Reengineering Framework (OPRF) is a data driven metrics reporting and scoring solution for the key performance metrics for our Operations groups.The AVP OPRF Data Integration Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. This position would help expand the solution to extend beyond the existing groups and datasets.Responsibilities:Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and ITWork closely with Operations group, senior stakeholders and provide solutions to their business needsWork with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategiesPerform UAT testing as per standard release timelines, store test results and ensure successful production implementationPropose new data initiatives and strategies for enhanced analysis and decision-makingProvide Senior Management qualitative data insights through the use of data analytic techniques, to highlight process re-engineering opportunities, location strategy opportunities etc. Monitoring, maintaining and validating Data Quality to ensure consistent and accurate reporting which also includes new data feed being on-boarded / integrated into the application.Proactively identify areas of inefficiency or automation opportunities and implement systematic or process improvements in the spirit of continuous improvementContributing to automation projects within the scope of CI throughout all phases of the project lifecycle e.g., requirements specification, UAT testing, roll-out and post-production checkouts.Excellent presentation skills with exquisite attention to detail.
