Voted Automotive News BEST DEALERSHIPS TO WORK FOR 12 years and counting!We're looking for an AUTO TECHNICIAN to join our team at Friendship Subaru of BeckleyOur ideal candidate will have 1+ years of technician experience.Manufacturer or ASE certifications are preferred but on the job training will be strongly considered.What You'll Do:Safely drive vehicles to test components and systemsAccurately provide an estimate of the time needed for serviceProperly use tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehiclesEfficiently perform work specified on Repair OrdersExecute repairs to manufacturer specifications and customer expectationsEffectively communicate any issues or additional needs to Assistant Service ManagersAdhere to dealership procedures for safety and standards of qualityQualification Checklist:Broad knowledge of automotive mechanicsBasic computer skillsAble to learn new technology, repair, and service specificationsIndependent starter with the ability to work well on a teamValid driver's license with a good driving recordBenefits and Compensation:Comepensation starts at $15 per hour but will increase based on experience and ability.You'll have a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, company holidays, 401(k), and various wellness and gym reimbursements.
