Job functions include but not limited to:
Performs work as outlined on the Technician's Repair Order in accordance with dealership and factory standards. The Service Technician executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Tests components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnoses the cause of any malfunction and performs repair; The Service Technician connects with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts. Communicates with Service Advisor if additional work is needed, if work outlined is unnecessary, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. Ensures that vehicle longevity and functionality are preserved in a routine manner. The Technician maintains adherence to dealership policies regarding customer vehicle care and operations. Understands, acknowledges, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Employee Prerequisites:
Onboarding process completed within days of applying! Working knowledge of mechanical repairs are required; preferably ASE certified. Pay based on experience. Familiarity with complex electronic systems of vehicles. Ability to comprehend and interpret documentation; communicates effectively. In designated areas, wears appropriate safety gear. Maintains a clean working environment, in compliance with company regulations. Employee Compensation Package:
