Ray Laethem is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. Ray Laethem has an automotive dealership presence in the Motor City for over 40 years and growing. We are community focused and committed to excellence.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide in depth information on new and pre-owned vehicles through online, phone, and in-person interactionsConduct engaging and informative walk-arounds with customers, demonstrating vehicle features and benefitsFollow up on all sales leads and online inquiries within dealerships designated time standardStay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitive offeringsAchieve monthly sales targets by selling and delivering a minimum number of vehiclesComplete sales checklist, and sales processAttend and participate in weekly sales meetingsDemonstrate excellent customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyaltyJOB REQUIRMENTS:Previous sales or customer facing rolesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customersValid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal auto insuranceAbility to follow checklist and procedures for efficient and effective sales processesJOB BENEFITS:Competitive commission structure with opportunities for bonuses and incentivesComprehensive Benefit Packages401K MatchingPTO, and Paid HolidaysMonday-Friday Position with the occasional SaturdayEmployee Discounts on Sales and Service
