Careers that Change LivesThe NeurovascularAssociate Training and Education Specialistwill assist in the development and execution of Neurovascular Health Care Personnel (HCP) educational trainings and programs. Programs will support the goals and strategies of the Neurovascular Operating Unit.This position requires effective interaction and communication with the Sr. Manager of Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Marketing, internal business partners, and Field Sales Leaders. You will collaborate with your business partners to assist in the development and execution of training and education, messaging, and product launches to ensure our HCP's are trained on the safe and effective use of our Neurovascular devices. The Associate Training and Education Specialist will assist in the design and development of training and educational courses, leading to improved or enhanced HCP training. This role is also responsible for maintaining HCP Training and Education records. Medtronic's Neurovascular Operating Unit is based in Irvine, CA.  This role is open to remote within the United States for well qualified applicants. The hiring manager has a strong preference for candidates to be based on the East Coast.Click hereto learn more about Medtronic Neurovascular. A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Support Neurovascular business objectives by collaborating with Sr. Manager of MedEd, Marketing, the sales team/leaders and internal partners to assess the current need for education and training in the U.S. Assists in the development and execution of device and therapy training while ensuring compliance with Medtronic regulatory and quality requirementsSupport district meetings as requested by Sr. Manager of MedEd Collaborate with cross functional groups including Field Sales Management, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Legal, Clinical, and Regulatory to assist in the creation of HCP programs that support Operating Unit (OU) strategies and are fully compliant with Medtronic Regulatory and Business Conduct StandardsAssists in the Planning, development, and coordination of product training programs for Health Care Personnel Obtains information needed to prepare training programs and prepares training materials.Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.Maintain and enhance disease state, therapy, and device knowledge for Neurovascular therapies & productsTravel approximately 50%Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree required0 years of experience requiredNice to HaveKnowledge of Neurovascular Interventional Radiology devicesPrior training and education experience About MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
