Morgan Stanley Bank N.A.seeks to fillthe position of Associatein New York, NY.Evaluate leveraged lending requests, including large-scale leveraged buyouts, across sectors (e.g., Technology, Media & Telecom and Early-Stage High-Growth) from Morgan Stanley clients using credit and financial analysisand present and defend recommendations to senior leadership. Manage relationships with the investment banking and capital markets coverage teams, including to ensure proper information flow and appropriately identify and convey credit issues. Prepare and oversee documentation for credit decisions, including credit memos, detailed financial forecasts and enterprise valuation, and credit risk rating models. Oversee and monitor a large and complicated credit portfolio consisting of investment grade and non-investment grade companies. Maintain an active view of single name, sector, and industry trends and ongoing communication with senior stakeholders and onsite regulatory team. Prepare and present quarterly and ad-hoc industry updates to senior management.Salary: Expected base pay rates for the rolewill bebetween $147500and $147500per year at the commencement of employment.
