Transnetyx is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our talented Marketing Team! You will be responsible for the development of an integrated external and internal marketing and communication strategy for the company and its products that underpins our business growth, raises awareness, establishes a market position, increases revenues, and supports a meaningful customer and employee experience. The Director of Marketing will also be responsible for building and managing early commercial leads, with tools and metrics for effective MQL management, SQL generation, and closed deals. The Role WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develops an integrated external and internal marketing and communication strategy for the company and its products. Develops near and long-term marketing strategies to achieve growth targets. Leads the development, implementation, and management of multi-channel global marketing programs and campaigns. Oversees conference selection, exhibits, event marketing, and KOL speaker strategy. Content Management and Branding: Maintains a marketing communications calendar. Ensures quality control and delivery across all content formats. Develops and maintains core knowledge of competitive intel and products. Oversees the Transnetyx corporate and product brands. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Reports on inside sales metrics and suggests improvements. Regularly seeks feedback from collaborators, sales, leadership team, and customers. Establishes processes to ensure marketing and communications deliverables are executed on time, in scope, and on budget. Ensures feedback mechanisms and data analytics are in place to monitor audience engagement and ROI. External Collaboration and Compliance: Selects, manages, and collaborates with external agencies and consultants. Establishes and monitors staff performance and development goals. Ensures sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree EXPERIENCE:
Seven or more years of experience in relevant field with strong service and administrative training. REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be expert user of Microsoft Office 360 (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint), project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana), and martech solutions (Hubspot, Salesforce, CMS, etc.)
Additional Skills/ Competencies: Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and third parties in order to ensure quality customer service. Must possess outstanding communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills and have the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural customer setting. Must have the ability to proactively address issues in a quick, creative, and innovative manner. Must be outgoing, flexible, adaptable, and energetic. Must be analytical, be attentive to detail, and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task using strong time management and organizational skills. Must demonstrate a strong work ethic including great personal drive, motivation, discipline, and initiative; including the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
