BNY Mellon Advisors designs and implements investment strategies that are bespoke to client needs and objectives using a myriad of asset classes, investment strategies, and overlays.We're seeking a Client Service Specialist at Associate level to join our BNY Mellon Advisors team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a hybrid working position.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Supporting assigned client relationships and identifying areas of opportunity to grow those relationships.Serving as a point of contact for responding to day-to day client inquiries and requests, as well as coordinating and communicating with internal parties, i.e., investments, operations, legal & compliance, etc. when necessary.Client on-boarding/off-boarding – lead the EKYC process, collect AML/KYC Documents, co-ordinate investment set-up, account opening processes or distribution of liquidated investments, etc.Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.Independently managing and supporting assigned ad hoc projects.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.A minimum of 3+ years of relevant Client Service experience, preferably at an asset management firm, or experience in a financial services industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.AML/KYC related experience and knowledge of other regulatory requirements.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel and PowerPointAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
