Assisted Living Marketing Director

Join Our Team as a Marketing Director at The Manor Assisted Living Communities! The Manor Assisted Living Communities is seeking a full-time Marketing Director for our assisted living communities. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for closing sales, aggressively marketing our communities, developing relationships with potential residents and their families, following up with referral sources and potential residents, and coordinating public relations events. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based computer systems and possess the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities: Maintain minimum building occupancy level of 95% through innovative marketing goals and strategies Conduct tours of the facility for all potential new residents and their families Develop and implement a monthly marketing plan Carry out market research, competitor, and resident surveys Manage a computerized prospect database Develop, plan, and implement special marketing functions Perform outreach with the local community Conduct interviews of potential residents and their families Qualifications: College degree in Marketing or a related field required Three years of progressive and relevant experience, experience in assisted living strongly preferred Must possess knowledge of Assisted II regulations and licensure requirements Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and evaluating successful marketing campaigns Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills Must enjoy working with seniors Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite If you are passionate about marketing and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position at The Manor Assisted Living Communities.
