Responsibilities
• Learn and display artistry in hair design, color, texture, treatments, and makeup applications• Provide professional product recommendations• Assist an Elite or Master Hair Stylist mentor• Meet/exceed sales and productivity goals• Attend education events and workshops• Assist in store duties• Adhere to Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness• Attend business development meetings• Demonstrate personal style while following dress code
Requirements
• 18+ years-old with Cosmetology diploma and license• Basic understanding of salon techniques• Ability to demonstrate, recommend, and sell hair care and makeup products• Developed communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships• Work a flexible schedule• Physical ability for frequent mobility, lifting, and standing
