• Building personal and professional rapport with guests and associates• Providing professional product recommendations• Learning from and assisting a mentor stylist• Meeting/exceeding sales and productivity goals• Attending mandatory education events and workshops• Assisting with store duties• Adhering to salon standards for guest service and cleanliness• Attending business development meetings• Demonstrating personal style within dress code
Requirements
• Must be 18+ years old with a Cosmetology diploma and license• Basic understanding of salon techniques• Basic understanding of equipment and chemicals• Ability to demonstrate, recommend, and sell hair care and makeup products• Strong communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
