Purpose/Role Summary:
The purpose of the Assistant Manager role is to assist the Site Manager and team with daily operations and lead the continued success in exceeding sales and operational roles.
Key Results/Focuses:
Lead a well-trained and result oriented team to exceed site goals. Enforce and exhibit company culture and standard operating procedures. Promote the highest quality guest service. Maintain awareness of site cleanliness, safety, inventory, and varying needs in order to provide quick, safe, consistent and exceptional wash experience for guests, team members, and vendors. Reduce incident and accident claims from guests through the assurance of proper team training and wash equipment knowledge. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor site performance alongside the site manager to identify performance opportunities. Continuously evolve team development, leadership and hospitality skills in order to lead a successful site. Monitor wash quality and guest satisfaction to ensure adherence to brand expectations. Lead training efforts for all new and current team members. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes for all new team members. Effectively communicate with all members of the team through verbal communication and company provided tools to uphold company expectations. Perform all responsibilities of Guest Experience Specialists and Team Leads in order to effectively display proper procedures and training practices. Qualifications:
Experience in a retail setting, leading a team of retail employees. Minimum on one year. Must possess a valid Driver's License Must possess mental and physical stamina necessary to move throughout the property quickly and safely for 6+ hours per shift. Must possess the ability to lift 50 pounds. Must possess the ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills effectively in order to provide the highest quality of guest service. Must possess basic computer and Microsoft skills. Must possess strong communication and listening skills. Pay: Base Pay $17 - $18 per hour + Commissions. Employees will start at $16 per hour during the 90 days training period.
