An embodied passion for and professionalism about working in the Automotive industry! Exhibits strong leadership presence, as a self-starter and Team Player with a great attitude! Leads the Team in selling exciting accessories to Guests to customize their rides! Creates experiences in the store where our Guests receive outstanding service, find a friendly environment and is communicated with properly and effectively so they become BUYERS and repeat Guests for years to come! Works with the Store Manager on hiring, compensation, training, promotion and development of sales and installation Teams! Works with the Store Manager to establish and monitor store work schedules and Team Member issues to effectively manage payroll and expenses!
