Responsibilities
• Handle training with associates to ensure Omni Standards• Communicate with department managers and Night Audit• Resolve guest complaints• Familiar with hotel computer system for training and troubleshooting• Complete supply inventories and rate discrepancy reports• Manage arrivals and prepare group information sheets• Complete check-out with balance report and daily credit check• Adhere to Systems & Controls and knowledge of marketing programs• Work with Loyalty Ambassador to track and service select guests
Requirements
• Previous luxury hotel experience• 2 years supervisor experience or 1 year management experience• Flexible schedule, willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to stand for entire scheduled shift• Customer service oriented, multitasking and detail-oriented• Excellent organizational skills• Four-year college degree preferred• Knowledge of property management systems and Microsoft Office• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
