The Chick-fil-A of North Edmond is seeking an Assistant Drive Thru Director who will be responsible for the overall flow of the drive thru. Assistant Directors will be expected to set a high standard for signature service and must lead by example. To do this, Assistant Directors need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. A cheerful attitude accompanied with initiative will set a great example for your team. Position Key Responsibilities: Understand the ins and outs of the drive thru. Lead with humility. Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people. Ensure that Chick-fil-A North Edmond is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards and locational goals. Follow all state and local safety guidelines. Build strong relationships with the leadership team as well as the team members. Ensure overall cleanliness, stock, and organization of the drive thru.
