The Assembly Operator A assembles, labels, and prepares parts for shipping. Duties/Responsibilities: Assemble and label parts. Prepare parts for venting. Assemble brackets. Deburr and de-flash parts. Package and prepare orders for shipping. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow directions and work well in a team. Ability to apply fractions, addition, subtraction, division and decimals, and common fractions in all units of measure. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, bill of materials, and assembly drawings. Ability to use small electric tools such as drills, nut drivers, and cutters. Ability to read tape measures. Good verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or general education (GED) is required.
