Area Manager Inspection Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Oversee the organizational processes and operation to ensure compliance with all safety, quality, human resource, and financial policies and regulations. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop long term planning and to support company goals. Develop, recommend, implement, and monitor annual budgets to ensure profitable and strategic growth and return on investment. Communicate with stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects. Provide support to and improve the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of multiple departments within the organization. Coordinate with sales team members to develop pricing strategies, contractual agreements, and to exceed customer expectations. Identify opportunities to expand or shift strategy based on market changes. Provide mentorship while developing junior members of the organization. Address and resolve employee and customer related issues. Required Skills: Ability to quickly receive and process information and make appropriate decisions. Effective issue management skills, problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution recommendation. Self-confident, self-directed, ability to work with various levels of staff and management. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to remain calm, work in a fast paced and at times pressured environment, and balance competing priorities. Qualifications/Requirements: College degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of experience with tubular products 5 -10 years of management experience
