Responsibilities
• Greet prospective residents and give tours• Prepare and assist new residents with leasing paperwork• Collect security deposits, rent, and other charges• Communicate lease and community policies• Follow up with leads and prospects• Ensure apartments are move-in ready• Seek out new residents through creative marketing• Manage the lease renewal process• Respond to calls, emails, and site visits• Ability to communicate effectively
Requirements
• Background in real estate, retail, sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service• Ability to engage with different personalities• Effective communication skills• Basic computer knowledge• Knowledge of leasing software is a plus• Ability to work weekends as required
