***This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN*** As the HAFS Compliance Analyst you will monitor compliance with control standards for HAFS Record to Report (RTR) and Revenue Accounting (RA) teams as we seek to maintain the control environment. You will support initiatives for optimizing control effectiveness, ensuring process consistency, and identify operational improvement opportunities for Record to Report (RTR) and Revenue Accounting (RA) teams.
More specifically, you will:
Perform control testing for RTR/RA balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries Analyze data to produce useful recommendations to enhance controls Build standard dashboards, and metrics for compliance using multiple data sources Support preparation and analysis/presentations for monthly compliance reporting and reviews with users & leadership team Help create/maintain standard operating procedures and training materials related to control execution Support the Compliance Team as they support SOX and SOC 1 testing processes Collaborate with team members on process and control issues and opportunities HOW WE WILL SUPPORT YOU Hilton is proud to support the mental and physical wellbeing of all Team Members so they can Thrive personally and professionally in a diverse and inclusive environment, thanks to programs and benefits such as:
