Responsibilities
• Develop understanding of SON degree and certificate programs• Review and evaluate approximately 50 applications per week• Exercise professional judgment in reviewing and recommending applicants for admission• Review transcripts, resumes, interviews, recommendations, and essays• Summarize applicants' strengths and weaknesses• Conduct outreach with prospective and applicant• Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, alumni, etc.• Support other aspects of the admissions process as needed• Assist recruitment team with deadlines and milestones• Support growth and development of diverse community of health professionals
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree• One-year related experience• Preferred: 2-5 years' experience in college admissions, financial aid, or student affairs• Preferred: Understanding of graduate nursing programs
