Job Description:

Essendant is seeking a passionate and confident Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This entry-level position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members- Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is organized and tidy- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, and redirect them as necessary- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions- Manage and update company databases and files- Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in an administrative role- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent
