Job summary
Administrative Coordinator II (Events) provides event support and administrative assistance.Supports conference/education program planning and execution.Organize correspondence, arrange meetings, oversee special projects.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Support all phases of conference/education program planning, execution, and evaluation.• Prepare Call for Speakers, manage abstracts, communicate with stakeholders.• Input and maintain records/databases, prepare reports as needed.• Organize correspondence, arrange meetings, oversee special projects.• Answer calls, take messages, provide on-site support at events.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.• Minimum of three years related work experience.• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.• Excellent keyboard skills, grammar, and vocabulary skills.• Excellent organization, time management, human relations, and communication skills.• Working knowledge of database software.• Team oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.• Effective written and verbal skills.
