Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for CI leadership and staff• Host virtual huddles and staff meetings, continuously improving standard work• Plan and execute CI events, from calendaring to room setup and takedown• Ensure excellent customer service and efficiently triage inquiries• Compose and edit communications, create job aids, and document meeting notes• Support professional development, team building, and quality month planning and activities• Maintain document control system• Organize and order CI division supplies• Assist in ordering and maintaining records of division computer and software• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and continuously improve associated standard work• Coordinate travel arrangements, process reimbursements using Concur, and handle equipment purchases• Manage complex Outlook calendars for multiple stakeholders, exercising independent judgment• Undertake special projects as assigned
Requirements
• 4-5 years of progressive administrative experience• Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent experience• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively• Proven track record of working positively with leadership, faculty, and staff• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel• Experience with virtual platforms for remote conferencing• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
