• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)• Minimum one-year fellowship training in cardiothoracic anesthesiology (or foreign equivalent)• Board certified or eligible (or foreign equivalent) in anesthesiology• Eligible for medical licensure in state of Washington• Successful completion of US Medical Licensing Exam or equivalent• Submit cover letter, CV, and diversity statement

Benefits
