Rezolut Imaging is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!

Summary/Objective
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function and financial records including entering Bills into Bill.com, setting up new vendors, developing processes and procedures and providing reports as requested.
Essential Functions of an AP Specialist
Manage the allocation of AP requests and invoice processing volume across the team, while maintaining high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism
Monitor production metrics of the team on a daily basis, holding team members accountable for service level adherence and process conformance
Identify ways to streamline processes and work as part of the team to implement solutions
Perform credit card administration that includes maintenance of corporate account portal, monitoring of activity, issuing and inactivating cards as necessary.
Provide support to auditors during quarterly and year-end reviews relating to financial statement audits, including preparation of supporting documentation
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation schedules as requested
Perform Finance and Accounting related month-end close processes
Assist in documenting and updating departmental policies and procedures
Assist Controller and CFO with special projects, as assigned
Required Education and Experience
1-2 years of finance/accounting experience,
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Knowledge of NetSuite preferred
Strong computer, analytical, and technical skills
Must have strong skill set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to working in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines
Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
