Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ro is seeking a hardworking and energetic Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a remote part-time position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Entry Level Accounts Payable specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities:- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness- Enter and code invoices into the accounting system- Process and issue payments to vendors- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Maintain accurate and organized financial records- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Excellent communication skills
