Accounts Payable

Nesco Resource is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for one of the world's leading manufacturers of filters and components.
This is a Direct Hire position Pay Range: 50-60k / Based on exp Shift is 8.5 hours a day General Description with Scope:
Processing invoices, following up with vendors and resolving discrepancies
Process weekly check run
Filing and records retention
Assist the Controller with day -to-day, monthly and year-end tasks of the department
Perform the processing of monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets, depreciation and recording of journal entries
Review entered expenses for discrepancies and inconsistencies compared to budget
Review invoices for cost variances and accuracy
Perform general account analysis and reconciliations
Seek and implement continuous improvements
