JOB DESCRIPTION: Invoice Processing – Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents. Enter invoices into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, and other inquiries. Prepare and process payments by check or electronic transfer. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in accounts payable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive financial information. SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday – 9am-5:30pm Onsite COMPENSATION: Contract to hire - $50-55K
